Very good value for money, cute little place. Location was panoramic, staff was absolutely fantastic, views were captivating. Tasty breakfast, welcoming service. In my single room there was a good bed that I loved. Cosy reception. Plus their wifi was reliable.

breakfast was warm, the bed was super, the staff were happy to help. and it also had particularly nice view. that was economical hotel set in pedestrian area. moreover, st oswald's church was 5 minutes' walk away. daily service was impeccable too. furthermore, there was a free parking nearby.

The room was silent, the bed was lovely, the breakfast was exceptionally good! Handy location to cliffords tower. Pleasant view of atrium.

The service was exceptional, but some people working there were unmotivated.
